Morgan Manor Subdivision is located in Banks County, GA (Click for local Banks County information.) just east of Jackson County, GA. It is about a quarter mile east of Highway 441 and only three miles from the Banks Crossing intersection at Interstate 85. This intersection is the major retail center for the area with Tanger Outlet Malls I and II, Wal-Mart Super Center, several motels, and a wide variety of restaurants. The subdivision is also within three miles of the city of Commerce, GA.

Morgan Manor is the only "curb and gutter" subdivision currently being built in Banks County and features sodded front yards and sidewalks. Lots 7 and 8 are available for purchase. (see Building Lots page).

Directions: I-85 to Exit #149 Commerce, go south on Hwy. 441, turn left on W. E. King Road, W. E. King Rd turns into Lord Road, 1.5 miles down on right, turn right into Morgan Manor Subdivision! Lot 9 is the third home on the left.
